so lets say i order one and hook up two leds. whats the worst that could happen? will i burn up the nb? should i use 7.4v or 3.7?

You should read the manual carefully.
Nothing bad will happen as long as you follow the manual, because 2 LEDs is well within the ratings of the NBV4.
You made to use two power extenders. I'm not sure, you'll have to look at the ratings for that as well.

i did read the manual but did not see anything about that. ill have to look in to the power extenders some more because i thought the nbv4 didnt need them.
