Hi everyone. I accidentally tear the hook up wire from the connector and it end up like this. Is there a way to repair it? I think I have solder and desolder it too many times and weakening the surface...

No, that does not look repairable. These aren’t meant to repeatedly soldered and unsoldered.

You could drill through and solder to the track on the other side.
