Thanks guys...yeah jbkuma the Emitter/Blade Holder turned out rather nice. And OH YEAH definitely ...I'm replacing all the wire....its really tiny....looks like 30 gauge. lol

Anyways here is the redesigned Pommel...in progress....waiting for paint to dry...again.

Just got a 1" plug and cut the bottom off and sanded the lettering off and bottom flat. Dremeled little holes around the edge for the sound to come out.

Added a second washer....cause one wasn't making it thick enough.

Cut down an emery board to sand the bevel to the epoxy putty.

As you can see cut down the large flathead bolt to just hold the cap nut. Couldn't wait...had to prime and paint the copper on....wanted to see if it was a good copper paint to use. ...yup!

Applied epoxy putty for outer bevel and let dry/cure.....whatever.
Then sanded the bevel.

Now waiting for the paint to cure....yeah.

Moved on the the Switch backing shields.

Cut out 3 and sanded an heatgun shaped them on the saber body.

This part is going to be the most time consuming ...like jbkuma switch...it will be custom made. (the circle is where the switch will be.)
