Default Speaker mount compatible with battery

Hey guys I'm getting this battery http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Li...dule-P672.aspx
And the premium speaker. My question is which speaker mount/holder would be best?

I would say this one: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MH...kers-P887.aspx . The reasoning is that given the battery you have chosen, you will need to use the chassis disk system to hold the battery and electronics. This speaker is designed to be held in place by the hilt elements being screwed together. Good luck with your design!

Thanks a lot! And real quick what are the screw holes for? I've seen a few pics but never understood what they'd be used for

They allow you to connect your chassis to the speaker mount.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."

Thanks!! Another question, what's the best screw to get to hold the blade in place? The thumb screws?

That depends on how you want your blade holder to look. I went with a type 10 blade holder and felt that a thumb screw would foul up the lines of the holder. So I went with an 8-32 set screw rather than an 8-32 thumb screw.

Like Craig139 mentioned, the main question is do you want the set screw to be visible? The most common set screws are either the thumb screw like this: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/8-...crew-P547.aspx or the headless screw like this: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/8-...crew-P108.aspx . Those two screws both use the same threading, (8-32) so if you aren't sure I'd buy both and try them on your saber.
