    Default Do-Clo passed away

I haven't posted in forever because life changed for me professionally and in where I spend my spare time. For anyone that remembers him though, Don Close (Do-Clo) passed this morning. He's been battling cancer and lost today.

That's sad news. May he rest in peace. I have one of his sabers that was sent to me years ago for upgrade work, but the owner disappeared several years ago, so I added to my collection.

Very sad to hear. I didn't know him personally, but seeing his saber work online was one of the inspirations that got me into this hobby. RIP.

Dang, man. Do-Clo was a super nice fellow... we sometimes disagreed, but he was a respectable man; true lightsaber OG. RIP indeed.

    Thanks for posting this, Michael.

I also wanted to let you know that Simpi passed away, in case you hadn’t heard.

I know, I met him at SS II way back in 2011. The Salt episode will always be legendary.

I'm really sorry to hear that. The first saber I bought was made by him.
