Looking forward to seeing one hooked up and running, with a less 'dynamic' soundtrack running over the the video this time.
I just bought the Grievous one and gutted it...hooked it up to a TCSS speaker and running a Seoul P4 blue....works very well. The sounds are much better than the reg. economy boards.
I don't have my good camera here now, but will be able to take pics and a vid tonight. It will go into my Spice Mines of Kessel saber #1

How is the Grievous one set up? Like the Obi-Wan or the Anakin/Vader?

are you getting a decent brightness out of the P4 with the board? I was thinking of just leaving the LEDs intact and have it light up the inside near the speaker holes in the pommel and using a buckpuck to drive the P4.
It does light up pretty well. I am using 4-AA's and everything seems to be alright. Of course I will have to see how it looks in the hilt with a blade, but so far it LOOKED nice and bright.
@Dakarn: It seems to be set up a little different from the Vader and Ani going by the pics. It was really easy to take apart, the board looks different from the ones in the pics earlier in the thread. Like I said tonight after work I will take some pics and a sound test vid. before it goes into my SMOK #1 saber.
Overall, I am pleased with the board. I plan to use one in my nephew's saber I'll be building him for his birthday.
