I watched your video, then watched a bunch of other Gatka demonstrations.

Very impressive! In some of those videos, it looks like they were using real steel blades. Even if the blade edge isn't sharp, there is huge potential for serious injury there. These people must really know what they are doing.

I'm thinking that now that I know how to build lightsabers, I should take some classes to learn how to handle a blade properly.

i think me and you were talkin on a post i started awail ago but its awsome seein your style done with some sabers.

It does take a bit of practice, but it's not too hard to get to the point where you're pretty safe with swords. Only a few of my friends have cut themselves.

I have some nice, sharp swords and have been cautious (and fortunate) enough to never get cut.

Now, me... I love to see videos--especially martial arts, combat stuff (or choreo)... and naturally of sabers. I hope to see more from TCSS members all over the place. Especially examplers of CF, Ultraboard, etc. etc. etc.
