Pretty much everything is needed? There are currently almost no MHS parts at all in stock - only one Blade holder, three pommel's & a few extensions are available. Main bodies seem to be in-stock but there's almost nothing to attach to them. Almost all the tri-cree LED's are out, only one switch box is available. Even sink tube is out of stock. Good luck trying to make a sabre with what's available.
