Questions about some board options

Hi !

I'm trying to design my first lightsaber. I would like to design the electronic part first. So I'm thinking getting the Petit Crouton board.
But I have a few questions about some options I dont undersand:

- Driver : Onboard driver (no external resistor required) : I have no idea what that means :/
- Trident? : Yes : What's the Trident ?
- Motion Sensing : Force : What's the Force motion sensing ?

I think you should read the PC manual over a couple of times. That should explain things for you.
