Default Finished the hilt for my first PVC stunt saber!

I'm really excited with the way this came out! Thanks to everyone for the great tutorials.

My blade plug, made of a piece of thinner PVC and a sink aerator.

And here she is in natural light.

I think I'm going to switch to hardware with allen wrench holes rather than the phillips, and I'm still waiting on my electronics, thumb screws and such. Now to come up with a fitting name.

Looks sharp. I agree that allen wrench fasteners tend to look better.
Would a lightsaber switchblade be redundant?

I actually like the Phillips screws on there. Makes it look more unique since people almost always use socket head screws or set screws. Those Phillips really jumped out at me (in a good way) nice work.

You know I didn't even notice at first, but now that you mention it, I think I like them too! It just works on this saber for some reason.

Here is the finished product along with the sister saber, a RotJ inspired saber I made for a friend.

The sink aerator worked out pretty good. Both of those are nice looking weapons.
