    Default Blade Wrap Stuffing

Got a new blade today and the inner wrap material BUT I cannot for the life of me get it into the blade! I've tried several methods, but I can't seem to manage to roll it small enough. I'm to the point where I've krinkled the crud out of the wrap material, and it probably won't look good anymore. Is there a technique or trick to it?

did you wrap it around a dowel and insert it?

Don't have a dowel, I was wondering if I should get one.
