    The bulk was done by the largest engraving bit in the engraving kit, with a little touch up with the next smaller one.

    Weathering looks good too. I love AB. I used it on my first saber.

    Starting to get my chassis laid out. The battery has the ability to slide a little here, so I need to figure a way to secure it. Also, I need to Dremel a small channel in the discs for the speaker wires.

    Also, where are folks securing the PEX?

    PEX can be secured to the battery with double sided foam tape.

    On the engraving bit part, I forgot to add that I used the Dremel extension so that I was only holding something the size of a marker. This would be VERY hard to do holding the full Dremel.
