Default First saber build part list

Hello I'm new to building sabers. I don't know a lot about wiring so I have to decided to use the MWS (Modular Wiring System) but I'm not sure if I am forgetting something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Parts list
Hilt 1 (16mm av switch hole)
    pommel style 4
    mhs choke style 1 short
    mhs blade holder style 24

Rebel Star LED & MHSV1 Heatsink Module (amber)
MWS Short Momentary 16mm AV Switch - Black (yellow ring)
    MWS Momentary to Latching Converter
4AAA Battery Holder with JST connector

    Welcome to the Forums.

You would be better off with a Li-ion battery (and resistor) for your saber.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."

Yes, it does. But the main LED does not - and that is what I was referring to.
