So, do you all think I got everything for now?

I do have a question though. For the 16mm Anti Vandal Short Momentary Red Ring Switch, a: Will it fit within box 19 and b: do I need to wire a resistor to the lighting portion of the switch (I'm a little confused about it), or will the Petit Crouton take care of that?

    Thanks!

    Welcome to the Forums.

    To answer your questions:

Yes the switch will fit, though you will need a resistor for it.

You appear to have almost everything you need, however, I don't see a pommel insert or a c-clip to hold it in place. I also think that you don't have enough chassis parts for what you want to do. You'll need more disks and rods.

Design wise, I also highly doubt your battery solution will fit in the hilt as it is currently designed.

I looked at it again. I assume that the chassis will be in the way of the switches?

Not the chassis so much as the battery itself. The switch and ports will extend about halfway into the hilt interior, leaving about that same amount of room, perhaps slightly less, for the battery to sit in. The concern is that your switch plate won't screw down properly because there won't be enough room for it.

Even with that smaller battery pack, I'm not sure you'd have room for your speaker. Hard for me to say.

Well, I guess I'll have to redesign another one. Not sure what to do now though.

    Thanks anyway.

Or you could just use a single 18650. That should fit the space just fine and leave a bit of room for resonance.

Well, I am stupid. I didn't realize that I had selected a double. I thought I had a single. Thanks for pointing that out.

You'll need to hack the board to work on a single cell. Or you can switch to a Prizim. Make sure to read up on the manuals.
