Thread: Battery differences?

    Default Battery differences?

    Hi people's
    If I had a 18650 3.7v @ 3400mah and one at say 1500mah.
Does this change the calculations for forward voltage of, for example a tri rebel led? And would the resistors need to be different?
Not sure if I have even worded this question correctly, but hopefully someone knows what I mean?
    Cheers😀

    First, Welcome to the Forums.

No, the calculations don't change as they are based on the battery's voltage (V), not their runtime capacity (mAh)

    Thanks for the welcome,
Should be receiving my first SB next week, Prizim 3.5, so I'm sure I'll be asking more questions.
I've done a fair bit of reading and watching, so I decided to take the plunge and build my first saber....
    Kind Regards,

Good luck with your build. I would totally use the 3400mAh if I were you. =]
