Hello everyone! I finished this up a couple of days ago and spent the last few days fine tuning the PC v3 settings to my liking. I will shoot and post a quick video tomorrow.

This is my 5th build, and most ambitious project to date. It incorporates some custom mill work that Tim was able to do for me...as you can see, this fine work is displayed in the crystal chamber area.

Enough talk, here are the specs and pics:
Tri-Cree CW/RB/R (silver for the main blade, red for FOC)
    PC v3
    7.4v, 14500 stick pack battery
Two momentary switches are in the control box, with a circuit card placed over them to give a touch card activation and aux switch.
Crystal chamber is lit by a 3mm blue LED, which features a genuine quartz crystal and some greeblie bits.

Nicely done. I love a silver blade. I have been wondering, do the Tri Cree leds work with the tri rebel lenses that Tim sells?

Nice! Clean and simple design, nice weathering, cool blade color. Crystal chamber looks spiffy too. Congrats!

Yes they do, and the new Cree XPE2's are bright as hell.

Nice job. Has a little bit of an X-Wing thruster feel to it...

I like the cutouts. They're certainly unique. Is it just me or the red FoC really hard to see?

Thanks for all the kind feedback!

It's more vibrant in person, though it's hard for that single red LED to overpower the Rb and Cw LEDs when they are running together. I do have the board configured to run that die at 800ma with an 8.2 ohm 2W resistor, didn't really want to push it to 1A, or try a weaker resistor.
