That really makes sense lol...and probably should have been intuitive! I have the LED in the switch, and a yellow accent LED beside it as well as the main LED. I think it will go like this <battery, switched terminal in, -Switch- , switch terminal out will have 3 leads on it> one to the switch LED, one to the accent LED and one to the buckpuck for the main LED. Hope that's right and thanks for the help Silver Serpent!

Not a problem. When you've been doing it for years, it becomes intuitive. When you're just starting out, it's decidedly less so.

Keep your positives and negatives sorted out, and you'll have a functional saber in no time.

While browsing around the web for saber ideas, I stumbled across a thread that had a crystal chamber using a blue accent LED and a black light LED creating an almost blue/purple color effect. Looking around the various threads here, I have not had any luck finding info or a build using/incorporating a black light LED. Any thoughts or threads you can point me to?

UV LEDs aren't too hard to come by on the internet. They'll wire up just like any other LED. We tend to shy away from them because most forms of UV light aren't particularly healthy for your eyes.

That is good to know. I believe the creator of that UV saber crystal chamber was named Do Clo. I reached out to him but it appears he is retired. So this is some great feedback.
