Arrow Birthday Sabers for Cy-co and Ziggy, PVC fun by LDM

    9th Birthday Sabers

Cy-co and Zig are twin boys who are best friends with my little dude. They play baseball together, they hang out, they check out chicks...ya know, dude stuff. Well, they also love beating the snot out of each other with lightsabers. When their 9th Birthday rolled around, I figured it was a good time to take a day and make them some durable entry-level sabers so that the beatings can continue at home! The twins are fraternal and thier personalities are quite different. One is a golden boy and one a devious and calculating little dude. Both are good kids, but the personality differences made it easy to determine the "force alignment" for the sabers, lol. Cy-co gets Cy-an and Darth Ziggy gets Zigga-red. These are made of PVC (6 pieces, each purpose-machined) and have Luxeon LEDs in scratch made modules with brass heatsinks. Both sabers are painted in black starlight with metallic accents. They are bright and durable as heck. Cy-co's saber has a single ring theme (he was first born) and Zig's has a double-ring theme (since he is the second born)...subtleties, even in sabers for kids

    Particulars:
    Cyan and Red Luxeon K2

Those are just fantastic. You'll have to let us know how they like them. I'm sure they'll be thrilled. At 9 years old, I'd have been tickled to death to get one of those.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

Sweet sabers! A little frightening when the red blade so fits a kid, isn't it?
