Talking My 2nd Lightsaber Build log. Luke AHN Graflex Lightsaber.

    Hey Dudes~~
    Hello all.
Thanks for the kindly sharing experience and advice for my 1st saber, I learn Soooo many things.

The 1st crystal chamber I made it looks "ok" but there is a Big fault is..there is no space for wire go through>,<. ( Dude, You are right....You told me so.....>,<)
and the LEDEngine RGBW not as bright as i think.........

This time i use more time to research and design the crystal chamber, make it simple/solid/one-piece and i think its good looking.
Switch to be LED Strip Blade system this time to see "What Can I do", I hope the blade can be very bright.
    Here is the spec :

    Luke ANH Graflex Lightsaber,
Graflex 3Cell flashgun Hilt. ( Well....still waiting for the postman.....)
Bubble strip from " The Parts of Star Wars"
Graflex 1" Blade Adp from TCSS.
LED "TCSS style" Battle blade 1" OD, with modify for Led Strips.
    2X14500, 2W 8ohm Bass Speaker.
Crystal Focus LS V6.5 ( Thanks Erv!! )
Planning to use 2X Blue LED Strips on 2 sides,( 72pcs Led strip X2 ),
with 1 strip white LED at middle ( should be 36 pcs ) for FOC.
    Aura quratz crystal chamber.
    12 pcs red 3mm LEDs[Accent LEDs#2,3,4,5,6,7]
at the motor position(6pcs) and speaker position(6pcs).
1 white Accent LEDs hiding behind the Aura Crystal for FOC effect.
Some old HDD spacer discs and motor parts for the crystal chamber.
CF Switch setting will go for (0-2) 2. but already bought
Pololu Pushbutton Power Switch SV.......seems noneed to use,
because CFLS V6.5( and CF V6.5 also) can set the Switch mode.

This is yet again an example of beautiful workmanship. As soon as I am done with my current project (which will be very soon; very excited), and once I have the funds, I was thinking about using Tim's new graflex chassis bits to make an interchangeable chassis for my Luke ANH and ESB, but now that I see your build, I think I might want to do a crystal chamber.

    Wonderful work as usual.

Yea~ a crystal chamber is very worth to build. even though its cost tons of time and patience.
some idea gotta tell you, hope u dont mind.

1,) pls dont make a very long crystal chamber Mid-part ( the radiator looks like thing ) because at the front position need to make a Plug ( for Din plug or power led, and for the momentary switch ).
And the rear part i re-make a few times to reduce the length of the coil looks like thing to free more space for the sound board+batteries+ speaker..

2,) each of the through pipe at least have 3.0mm inner diameter for the wires............first time i make only have 2.0 and not enough space for enough wires go through, because Din-Plug need to put 8 wires which i totally forget..LOL...

    Thanks~
