wiring diagram for a RGGB led for a CFv6.5 with colour extender??

Hopefully someone can shed some light on my problem I have a CFv6.5 with a colour extender board and a LEDengin RGGB led I followed the diagram in the manual but the only thing I get is the saber powering up and then down over and over? does anyone have a correct diagram for how this should be wired or am I missing something not in the manual?

First 2 things that come to mind, are you using the correct voltage battery, and is the battery charged up?

Also, which type of switch (momentary/latching) are you using, and is it properly setup in the configuration files for that particular switch. Making sure the batteries are fully charged is also a good idea to rule that out.
