A new foe has appeared!

Hello everyone! I just became a new member, and wanted to introduce myself. I have a saber that I originally bought at UltraSabers, but I felt that if I wanted to claim true love of Star Wars I needed to build something all my own.

I've seen some amazing stuff already browsing through the gallery and other members' build threads, and can't wait to show my own work in the future.

Here are my first two design ideas using the MHS Builder:

"The Nomad"
Yellow Blade. Ideally, the opened extension will house a LED crystal chamber. I'd also like to add some desert weathering and wrap the main body with a tattered cloth grip.

"Imperius"
Red Blade. This will be the one I build first, using the tutorials I've found in the forums, since it's a simple design. I want to put a red ring AV switch on it, but I guess I'll see how well I can follow wiring directions first.
