I'm new here and I was wondering if some of you could take a look at my wishlist and see if there's anything I need/don't need. Thank you!

You're probably going to want a recharge port, unless you plan on removing the battery pack to recharge it. Pick up a few extra JST connectors to help hook up your battery pack and LED module in any case.

The 3.7v pack is not enough voltage to run the buckpuck. You should use a resistor instead. See the link in my signature for a resistor calculator.

Swap your momentary switch for a latching switch, or you will need to hold down the button to keep the saber on.

Would you suggest a resistor or a stronger battery voltage?

For a simple saber without sound? I'd go with a resistor. It's cheaper and simpler to wire up.

    I agree completely.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."
