After a couple weeks of research and some time building, I finally finished my first lightsaber.

A little over 12" Long with a 36" blade
All parts are MHS
Darth Vader 2010 cheapo Hasbro Board
Custom paint job by me
Both LEDs are Rebel Stars
Hoping to either add a RGB LED or a small motor for the next step.

Thanks for the comments. The paint was a high gloss black by rustoleum. I didn't use a clear coat on top it was glossy enough. Also the first time I painted it I put a clear coat on top and it butchered the paint. I figure over time it will get scratches so I just plan on then giving it the weathering treatment lol.

As soon as I was done I wanted to start another build. I actually tore it all apart and re-wired the entire thing. That cleared up quite a bit of room inside of the hilt.

My favorite part of this saber is the color scheme. Not too much black, not too much silver, everything is well placed without being too "busy". Great work!
