I have no idea what movies Sunrider has been watching.

I don't know of any Jedi that wears a mini skirt.

And you can't make generalities from one character, like Aayla Secura.

That Ahsoka Tano runs around in a skimpy outfit doesn't she? (clone wars series)

    I'm SO glad you asked

I don't know about you, but that sure looks revealing and tempting... Fan Service Provided by George Lucas.

The whole "skimpy outfit" thing just doesn't do stories properly. Wouldn't they be cold? Jeez! And it's always only females of the species we see like that, it's never males with no shirt on or whatever.

There's some unfortunate modern marketing going on there.

I'd suggest a kind of female take on Anakin's darker Jedi robes. Not sure if there's a proper name for them - the ones he wears fist when he and Obi are being security for a certain senator. That doesn't mean skimpy, but it can mean more fitted perhaps.

Yeah. That's what I mean. Thanks Ronan.

I must admit Jedi guys seem to be better clothed than gals without robes.

Maybe distraction is part of their saber technique.

I don't really think you can count the cartoon jedi outfits as indicative of female jedi garb.

Plus twi'leks females always seem to have skimpy outfits and Shaak Ti is seen in the films in Jedi garb not a skimpy garment.

As for Maris Brood, felucia is a humid jungle planet, I'm not surprised she's lightly dressed.

I also agree with Card go for basic jedi garb with a personal twist.
Obi-Wan: "If you spent as much time practicing your saber techniques as you did your wit, you'd rival Master Yoda as a swordsman"

    Anakin: " I thought I already did"

Obi-Wan: "Only in your mind, my very young apprentice"

I'm being persnickety here on purpose...

Technically Ashoka isn't a Jedi- she is a padawan.

Baltar Swan is an example of a female jedi wearing typical robes with a twist.
