    Just thought I would post this here in case anyone was interested in this sort of thing.

    The news story is interesting if perhaps a bit underwhelming. However, one sentence in particular struck me as funny...

    "This 21st-century technology creates a very thin tube of laser light with a dark core."

    Anyone else get a bit of a chuckle out of that?

    wait you mean a black cored laser??? like a black lightsaber blade with a glowing outline??? lol sorry... i had to.
