Finally, here there is my second lightsaber (my first one is waiting for the paint). Description:
    LED Rebel Royal Blue
    3 AAA batteries (rechargeble)
    Resistor
    Standard Latching Switch (Black)
Blade Holder n°7 modified by me (I have no Lathe, this is totally handmade with a lime!)
Choke n°3 (modified as the Blade Holder)
    Ribbed Extension with Black O-Rings
    3" Extension
    Pommel n°4
    Insert n°4
Not working Green Accent LED (maybe I will adjust it in future, but there is no room)
Cosmetic Red Acetal Screw in the upper part of the Choke
    Name: Enterprise.

This will remember you a Madcow's saber!
I uploaded the photos in Imageshack to not overload this page, I hope you will like the Enterprise!

Probably "File". I'll repeat what they said: it looks very good. And I agree, it is hard to modify MHS parts without machining tools - takes a long time.

    Thank you all!

I used a little file (I was not sure about this word) and it has been a very hard and long work, its final result isn't perfect!

    gonna make another?
I'm actually working on an RGB saber which has a very simple design (I used 3 switches and I needed a lot of free space), but I'm planning to upgrade it with a Luke style grip. Another WIP is a white Lux V saber, this will have a more sophisticated design, but you will see the pictures soon...

    So it is not perfect?

I really like this saber, the filing work on the bladeholder is truly extraordinary and that have got to have taken a lot of time.

In these photos maybe isn't visible, but there are a lot of scratches near the grooves; if you look at the saber from some distance you don't see them, but looking with attention you see that they are present.
