by hardwire I assume you mean solder and wire correct? So there is no "other" way? or method to recharge a saber like this? nothing through the hilt and blade side neopixel adapters right?

I've used an almost identical bom for a nb/3.7 bat build. It was.....snug. It may be possible to do a cf8/7.4 in that.... but you best be on the ball with space optimization.
I'll look when I get home..... I've used the same one on multiple sabers and it seems to look different on each. I think it may have more to do with what it's covering then anything else. Also.......
