    Default I need your advice

I'm thinking of putting an aluminum pipe on the outside of the handle.

Can I have the inside diameter of 1.5 inches?

    Please give me some advice.

If youre using mhs parts for the saber just get the sleeve material. Itll fit perfectly.

I also partially covered of my saber with aluminum tube, for layering . The sleeve material that tcss sells is perfect for this. http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MH...l-12-P468.aspx

Making a shroud is actually my favorite part of building a saber.

The tcss sleeve material is thicker and looks nicer in many ways (and perfectly fits tcss modular parts), but 1.5 inch plumbing tube is easier to work (the correct gauge tube should easily slip over saber parts).

It all boils down to personal preference in shroud design.
