I dont know how good a deal this is but Toysrus.com has Luke ANH, Vader ANH, and Yoda MR's on sale for $83.98. I'm not sure if its the same in store.

I tried to order some a week ago and they are all out of stock. I went to six different Toys R Us stores and no one had them even in stock, I did however buy 7 at the local mall that are now on the ebay. 2 Darth Vader ANH, and 5 Luke Skywalker ANH's.

Sorry, not trying to sell, but some local malls that have Spencers still have them.
