Anyone willing to help someone with beginner questions?

I have a few questions I'd like to ask someone with experience building savers, specifically the TCSS v3.

I'm trying to do the learning on my own, but I feel fairly overwhelmed, and can't find answers to the questions I have.

Things I'd like to know:
- will TCSS ship to Canada?
- help using the TCSS v3 builder the way I've seen others use it (more detail available if someone can help out)
- basic electronic questions (excluding sound, I don't need that at this point)

I would really appreciate the help, as I'm incredibly eager to build, but stuck with the overwhelming amount of information
