Very cool. Digging the copper shrouds. How did you make the PVC chassis if you don't mind me asking? Did you start with Sch 80, 1 NPS size PVC and have to mill it down to get it to fit into the MHS parts?

Pretty much. Turned the OD to fit the inside of the MHS parts, making sure they fit easy, bored out the end for a speaker holder, then milled out the access for the switches and circuit boards and then dremelled the clip to hold the CF in place. Drilled and tapped for the RICE port,
which was a bit of a pain to thread into the chassis.
