Here is some more work I did on it.
Built a chassis
Had to dremel the inside of that hilt out to make room.
Installed the cex.
Also added the speaker led

i have ran into a problem with mounting the CEX board right now it is just sitting in there. and that makes me a lil nervous. so does the idea of hot glue.
i did have a paper clip that i put some heat shrink on for looks and not conducting purposus but it still seems to be conecting with some of the wires under it. seeing as how i get bad board starts once i clip it on.pleawse dont tell me i need to rewire all my stuff and just move the wires.
im afraid that the only solution now.
sometimes with a hard hit it will also do a bad board start.
but what do you guys think of it so far?

Double-sided foam tape will work well for attaching the board.

Check your paperclip and see if there are any breaks in the heatshrink. If there are any places that have worn through, you can get a short there. You could also try replacing it with something nonconductive.
