Yup I'm good now. This post is ancient lol. When I made this thread I was just beginning to plan my saber project. Now a year later, here I am finally building it! I was even able to get a CF.

Yeah no one needs to respond to this post anymore.

Yes, I know that. My question was about the smaller switches,
Can they be used instead of the normal AV or guarded switches?

I'm planning out my next build and I want it to be "super slick", meaning
    No obviious buttons.

    Didnt you get the answer?

yes you can whatever switches you want... as long as they match the switch TYPE momentary or lathing for MAIN.. and momentary for AUX..

big/small, skinny/fat..your choice. as long as the switch TYPES match.

people use tiny/small momentary switches all the time.

    its all good machini,
after re reading my post i kinda answered my own question.
I've seen some other work out there using "custom" switches
and i like the overall smooth look.
I'm planning to have recharge and rice port in the pommel and the speaker
    t'wards the front, maybe.........

You don't need a diagram... You need to read more, post less and relax a little... same question in 3 posts in 20 min, your only 3 posts at that. I mean, WOW! Just use the search, read the manual and as stated before relax. You will be fine.
