How to power the Red Luxeon Rebel?

The only red led that would not be fully powered by the 3w driver is the Luxeon III red, not the Rebel red. The Luxeon III red requires 1500ma of drive current to reach it's maximum rated brightness, but the 3w driver will only provide 1000ma, which is fine for a Rebel red.
