I have a few questions, just looking for clarification on the new Mag-Lite blade holders.

Do the holders thread on to the mag, or will holes need to be drilled and tapped through both part?.

How is the led/lens assembly held in place? Sandwiched (std MHS set up), bolted to the blade holder, screwed into the blade holder (like most FX led upgrade kits)?

How is the led mounted - standard MHS led mount?

Heck, maybe a single picture of the bottom/inside would answer most or all of these!

Yes they screw onto the Maglite threads.

They're meant to be used with the drop-in LEDs for Maglites that you can get, not with the LED stars and optics in the shop here. There are colored K2 LEDs made for Maglites that you can find.

Haha - my search didn't turn up that thread because I hyphenated mag-lite, instead of making it one word!
