    Default My Qui Gon Jinn inspired saber

    Here is my latest saber the one with the most time involved as far as design thought. May make a overlay later just don't trust my skills yet.

    Specs
    blader holder 18 media blasted
    v grooved extension flat black
    5" extension custom grooves (thanks Tim) media blasted
    box 4 with a DPDT Latching red illuminated switch
    Double ended male threaded connector
    1.2" Double Female media blasted
    covertec clip
    pommel 1 flat black
    Internals
    4 aaa batteries
    green lux III
    buckpuck 1000 mA
    and a frosted white polyc blade

    Nice saber, I like the illuminated switch!



    Would you want to show a pic of the entire blade? I am interested to see how the frosted white looks.

    I really like the overall look of that hilt, good job. I am also planning a qui-gon based saber so it is nice to get a reference pic of that blade holder in action.

    the media blast looks sweet with that setup. and I particularly like the red switch with the green blade. nicely done!
