I would recommend a test of each tube with a white p4, and a test of each tube with it's corresponding LED color.
Do you have one of Tim's polystyrene diffusers? I'd use one of those in your tests so you have a nice constant. (And you don't have to hassle with rolling eight rolls of film. )

Yes I do have a few of those diffusers. On the transparent colors I think the Corbin film would look better when the blade is not lit.
