Super small batteries?

This may be a bit off topic but it is in regards to lighting a lightsaber soooo....

I recently bought the 1/4 scale Darth maul toy (which is incredibly awesome). I want to light the sabers w/ some mini leds. Is there a tiny watch battery that could power a mini LED?? If I have to go the wire route I was going to recast the saber in the hand so I could run the wires through the hand down to the base and a switch. Would be cool to make it w/ out wires though.

i dont remember where the post is exactly, but look for a thread talking about a Green Lantern ring, in that thread there is a link explaining how to make a ring that lights up with a small LED, you should be able to use that as a basis
