Get togethers!
Hello!
I have an idea.. Since most of us can't get together cause we are so spread out. How about having some fun playing online games?
I for one like Republic Commando.
It's just an Idea I'd like to throw out there.

Not a bad idea cept for one thing...
X-Box, Playstation2, PC, etc...
kinda tough although I think KOTOR II has online play.

Well, it'd be best to assume PC since how else would you get on the forums.[]
I feel sad though because I haven't kept up and all I have is JK2 and Battlefront (not even BF2) [].

Yeah but my gaming machine is down right now and I always get on here with the trusty notebook which we all know is not a match for gaming unless ya got one of them kick arse alienwares or new Dell XPS.

lol, alienware... don't get me started on those. The XPS laptops are funny too.
I can game on my Dell D810. Granted I haven't pushed it on any new games, but the ones I have it can handle at full out levels.
It might actually be a good idea to run "older" games because it wouldn't be who's got what computer. I like going online with Battlefront because you can just point and shoot. Not terribly complicated.[]

i play empire at war alot, and bf2, both very good games
I'd play PC games..
I know I got Jedi Academy on my Computer, Republic Commando, BF is around somewhere...
Ohh my Laptop will handle games..
It's a Sager Laptop. When I have that on in the winter time I don't need to have the furnace on to heat the room I'm in.
I had to get a latop cooler to sit the thing on my lap.. It gets hot..
It's also ready for 64 bit too.. It's got the 3.4 P4 in it.. Plus 2 gigs of memory and a sata hd and pci express graphics. Also a TV Tuner in it as well... I use that when I'm watching TV on my desktop..
So lets game on!

Ok I have been putting it off so it looks like I have a good excuse now to upgrade the video card in my pc, so I can join in.

Stop and think though X... It could be worse. Much worse.
I'm playing Republic Commando off and on in Team Deathmatch.
I'll sit out the levels I hate.
