I assume that you are making some kind of shroud out of the sinktube otherwise, there is no need for it. Also, the bezel nut is for standard switches, not for guarded switches.

Why are you getting a guarded style switch hole hilt? I don't see a guarded switch on your list. If you do get a guarded switch, then you don't need a bezel nut, those are only for the standard switches.
This is just going to be hand held, not a belt hanger, it looks like.

yep, using the sink tube for some kind of shroud.
about the bezel nut and switch style? i'm hoping to do a bit of modification on my part.
if im wrong and stuff it up then ill have a little chuckle and post the pics for everyone to see and title it what not to do
