*tip: turn of thread hints once you understand how the parts 'screw' together.. so you renders dont have theads patterns in the images.

I have figure out all parts but the end part of the hilt. The problem seems to be that there is no part like that in store or I just havent found it yet.

You will probably have to have a pommel custom made. Also, the angle piece is a bit of a pain to make.

I machined that pommel using a lathe and a mill.

Worst comes to worst, you could try and Dremel that wavy pringles shape with a sinktube; you just won't have a solid pommel...unless maybe you filled it in with epoxy or something and used chrome tape to cover it.
