Thread: Darth Nihilus saber

    Default Darth Nihilus saber

Hi, I have been searching here on the forum trying to find what part can be used for a Nihilus COTF version saber. Since parts seems to change and sometimes it doesnīt look right (I even tried the MHS builder without success).

So can someone help me what part I would need for COTF version.
I donīt have to be 100% accurate but at least 99% .
The saber is going to be with a 501st approved costume.

    Many thanks in advance

Is this the type of Nihilus you are talking about? http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...ead.php?t=7493

It is a very nice saber you have done. But there is a few details that are a bit wrong. Of course that saber would be awesome and acceptable too.

I want to see first if I can get it more like these:

And it seems that both COTF and Kotor is using the same saber (might be wrong about that).

I don't follow the games that much but I think there's 2 different ones. Here's some pics I found

I would think the second one could be made from MHS parts and sleeves / overlays?

Yes the second one would be better and easier to find parts too. Is the second pic something you done?

Unless you have the saber comissioned I don't think you'll get particularly close to the Nihilus saber with MHS.

Do-Clo did a very nice shroud on his latest saber which is very Nihilus.

Obi-Wan: "If you spent as much time practicing your saber techniques as you did your wit, you'd rival Master Yoda as a swordsman"

    Anakin: " I thought I already did"

Obi-Wan: "Only in your mind, my very young apprentice"

Here is a KoTOR saber http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...ead.php?t=7445 and another version of the Nihilus saber, it is like a cross of the KoTOR saber and Nihilus saber. http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...ead.php?t=8040 You will probably not be able to make one too close with MHS parts but almost every Saber Smith has a version of them.
