can some one teach me how to make a good crystal chamber and what to do to make a sith looking lightsaber hilt w/ the crystal chamber and all the electronics cuz i dont have a clue what im doing

There's no one style or type of crystal chamber that works for every saber, they must be taylored to each individual saber. You can get ideas, but nobody can tell you exactly how to make one for your saber.

this talks about filtering discs not actually using the crystals. is there a way of lighting it that actually uses crystal's a crystal chambers?

No, the blade is lit from a high powered LED. You need to read some to understand how the technology works before asking a lot of questions.
