    Cool May I present "SS #3" !

This saber could also be called the apprentice saber, I taught a ten -year old how to build it, and he even did some of the work himself!

    Some specs...
    -Sinktube body
    -Flooring grip
    -Rubber polywashers
    -#18 O'rings

    Guts...
    -Sith Hasbro soundboard
    -red-orange Lux III (no relay)
    -accent LED

    glory pics...

Enjoy, Let me know what you honestly think, I'm not to sure about the top grip section...

Cool! Nice job. I like what you did with the lower grip cutout again.

To be honest, I'm not wild about the orange coloring on the upper grip, but I think the design itself is good.

I hope the kid likes it!

I like this saber dude. I also like the upper grip section, kind of matches with the blade color ya know. I'd keep it.

I like the saber overall. I agree that there's something off about the top section - maybe go down to 1 orange band at the top, drop the other 2 bands and take off some of the material to narrow it.

Well I presented the saber all finished this weekend, he really liked the red polywashers so I guess they are on there for good.... I guess everyone has different tastes.

The switch broke two hours after I delivered it so I went and put a different switch in, I was glad it was an easy fix. (whew)

Has anybody else had problem's with Tim's basic switches? That makes 2 now for me. (out of 3 sabers...)

    I like it!
The red polywashers are a bit out of place with the saber turned off, but with it on, they fit right in!

I haven't had any problems, myself, but one of my friends has. Dunno, they seem to be mostly good, at least for me.

    Glad he liked it =)

When he grows up, it'll be a slick "pocket" saber =P
