I have googled this to death but haven't come across a deffinitive source. Maybe I should write Umberto Eco [].
As far as I can tell so far from different sources it's kind of like this:
1 - the symbol of the Jedi knights from a game only; it does not appear in the movies
2 - the emblem of the old galactic senate
3 - the symbol of the alliance and of the new republic
4 - the imperial seal
5 and 6 - the emblem of the pre-imperial Jedi council

Please correct me if you have better info.
