    Beautiful. How did you do the custom plastic and aluminum overlays?

    Thanks for the comments guys.
    Matt the overlays were all done by hand with my dremmal, so don't look too close at the plastic overlay!! I will buy a new soldering Iron today and hopefully light her up. I will post a tutorial on the build soon.

    You did those insane Qui-Gon snake-belly-like grooves by hand with a dremel!? Wow. Hey, if it's good enough to fool the eye in these photos, it's good enough. My own MHS Qui-Gon-ish hilt is meant to fool the eye at a distance of two or three meters.
