Matt the overlays were all done by hand with my dremmal, so don't look too close at the plastic overlay!! I will buy a new soldering Iron today and hopefully light her up. I will post a tutorial on the build soon.

You did those insane Qui-Gon snake-belly-like grooves by hand with a dremel!?

Wow. Hey, if it's good enough to fool the eye in these photos, it's good enough. My own MHS Qui-Gon-ish hilt is meant to fool the eye at a distance of two or three meters.
