    well here we go finally! man what a sense of accomplishment. i feel all tingly inside. I present to you: Moonbeam! well ill run the specs real quick

    1.5" MHS sinktube with custom machine work by me
    MHS choke style 3 with custom machine work by me
    mhs blade holder style 10
    mhs adapter
    Custom machined DJ pommel
    Custom Machined DJ grips
    custom Machined LDM inspired DJ reverse sound chassis
    a kagillion 8/32 bolts
    vader ESB MR soundboard
    Vader ESB switch Clamp
    Seoul P4 with follies pink color filter
    4AA batterypack
    2 green accent LEDs

    heres that RSS thing. what a nightmare.








    as you can see in the first one i had to machine a chamfer on the choke for the wire.

    forgot to add that the covertech is a TCSS metal one and i machined it flat today on a special collet lathe. that was fun

    Great job DJ, but it looks like a BH 9 instead of BH 10. I am really liking the pommel.

    the pommel is easy wade, mount in an indexer and use a 90 degree carbide endmill. works like a charm.

    I have a 90 degree endmill on the way, I ordered it last week and I can't wait to use it..
