Thread: The "Mom" Saber

    Talking The "Mom" Saber

Alrighty peeps, this is my latest saber that I cnstructed for the Parental Unit. I called her one day, and told her about this site, and she told me she wanted one. So here is the product. BTW, I'd like to make it public that Kal and I were on the phone for about an hour last night trying to figure out why the LED wouldnt activate. It turned out to be the battery holder. THANKS kal!

    Specs:
    Seoul P4 White
    MHS Pommel, BH, and Hilt
I was going to direct drive it for her, but why should she get a Lightsaber with no sound? I had an old Economy hasbro bord sitting around, so I wired that up to it. However, I had the latching switch from Tim, So, I decided to make a Trip to Radioshack for another battery pack, and a momentary switch. I used Jay-Gon-Jinn's tutorial on how to install a momentary switch from a latching switch. Thanks Jay!
