Very nice replica indeed. The 3/4" blade really looks great with that saber. Great job.
This is one of the best ways to make a 3/4" blade, a double or single wrap of Corbin film, and a roll between 4 and 6 feet of polypropylene. The only thing better is a nylon 3/4" blade.
