    thought i saw some one on here with a good revan costume. should look around i bet you could find it.

    Though vacuumforming your own parts can be challenging, since first you have to sculpt the molds.

    If you read her Live Journal, you can see all the trials and tribulations she went though to make her armor for that costume.

    Definitely easier to buy it, though I've seen some badly made armor out there.
